THTouch apparently is a new Texas Hold’em game coming out soon for the iPhone and iPod Touch. If you don’t know what Texas Hold’em is you can click here and read about how to play the game. Its not very hard to learn and this is by far my favorite card game. As i said before this game is not yet released its still in development so just be patient. I haven’t heard much about the features and the settings of the game but I will email the guys developing it and try to find some more info out for you guys. I am hoping that the developers have implemented the ability to play online against other people. I will keep you guys posted on the release date news and when i find out anything about it. iPhone Video Recorder has now updated to version 1.2.4.1 and with every update i like the app more but not the people doing it. Not really any big changes in the features of the app this time but they have now made it to were you can only open the app 30 times and you still have the 30 second time limit(unless you pay 19.99 of course). On their website it says that the updates to the app are some bug fixes, better stability and now you can upload to YouTube without having to link your Google account with youtube. This is a great app but i would never pay what they are charging for it. On my iPhone i have a cracked version of the app so none of that 30 second recording limit or limited to 30 times opening it. I got it for free and it is very simple, but im not going to post it in this review. Although if you need a little help with that you can drop me an email me at tysiphonehelp@yahoo.com. PokerSolitarus now reaches version 1.002. The NicoTeam has released two new updates in two days to this game. So i expect to see more updates to this game in the soon. The first update was to version 1.001 and before i had time to write a review he had already updated to version 1.002. In these updates the only noticeable changes are the added multiple language support which include English, French, German, Latin and Spanish. At the bottom of the game you will notice a five flags you just tap them to change language. There may be a few things that aren’t noticeable like some fixes but in the previous version i didn’t notice any problems. I hope to see future updates to this app(if any) and can’t wait to see if the NicoTeam comes out with anything else. I would personally like a Texas Hold’em game myself and if possible the ability to play against people online in tournaments and such(Just a suggestion). PokerSolitarus is a new game developed by NicoTeam. Its 5 card draw for the iPhone or iPod Touch. You start out by placing a bet(up to five chips). Next you select the cards that you want to hold to make the best 5 card poker hand possible. As long as you get a pair of jacks or better you win. This app is well put together and and has some pretty cool little animations in it. For me its kind of hard to read some of the cards because it seems like the are backwards, so maybe in some future updates they will make it a bit easier to see. Thanks for this great game!

Another great application by DreamCatcher. The iPhone Recorder allows you to record audio with your iPhones mic. Like the iPhone Video Recorder there is a fee of $14.95 you must pay if you want more than 60 seconds recording time. They also have a package deal where you can purchase iPhone Video + Audio Recorder for $24.95. In my opinion this is WAY to much to pay for an app but if you really like it you can purchase it here. Once you have recorded some audio it gives you the options to playback, send to ringtone, send by email, rename, and delete. The only feature of these that i have have had problems with is the send to ringtone option. It may be because you have to purchase the app for this feature, but that i don’t know. So if you want to record some voice notes to yourself or to send to a friend this is a nice application for you.

iControlPad is the gamepad adaptor we have all been waiting for. The picture you see to the left is just a prototype, the guys over at icontrolpad.com have ensured us that when the final product comes out that it will have a sleek and very user friendly gamepad. As of right now they only have it for the iPhone, but say that there will also be and iPod Touch compatible version. This gamepad is meant to look like the psp but just a bit smaller and feels very nice to hold and use. Your iPhone locks firmly in place and is connected to your iPhone trough the serial port. ConrtolPad is working with the emulators and some games as of right now. And supposedly it will work with the SDK. No actual release date or price has been set but as soon as i here something it will be posted. I am really excited to see what the final product will look like and i will most likely be buying one. Phonezap has now made it to version 1.2.9. This app is more like a few apps combined. As it says in the description on installer “This is the geotagging, picture sharing, message sending, ringtone creating app for the iPhone.” That pretty much sums it up but i will go into detail a little more. First off you make an account which includes putting in your username, password, location, name, email, filling out a little bit to describe yourself and the option to post a profile picture. Now that you’ve signed up you can post your own “zaps”. Let me explain a little bit about what a zap is…its a post you make by taking a photo or selecting a photo you have in your camera roll. Once you have selected your picture you can add a description of your pic and the location of where the pic was took. If you are near a cell tower you can pinpoint your location like in the maps application. After you have filled out the info for the zap you can post it for other phonezap users to see. By going to the zaps page you can view your zaps other recent zaps posted by other zap users. You also have the option to reply to other users zaps and make conversation with them. If you click on a someone’s username you can see all the post they have made and add them to your favorites which lets receive updates when they post zaps. Now lets not forget the ringtone feature of this app. You can make ringtones directly from the music in your ipod. I have heard there are a few bugs with the ringtone part of the app, but ive had no problems with it. First you select the song and the start and stop time, which you can preview while doing. Once done with that you can convert it to a ringtone and it will be in your ringtones tab of the settings app. There are expected to be lots of updates in the near future to this app to fix some bugs and add some new features. Finally CalcPaper The powerful calculator with a log that is like a mind for all the calculations performed by you. A little trick is that pressing C for 2 seconds, you can delete the saved content on the log and also look at the review of the pre-release that I made. They have created a extradinary application for the iPhone/iTouch iSlsk, is leading a client P2P on your iPod and iPhone Touch! A portable eMule in other words! Many people do not see the reason, since for the huge exchange of data, you should try it . But use it, only if you have a WiFi connection. Personally before judge, I wanted to try. but I can not tell you much about this application, because personally I was not able to get it to work. As soon as you open the application, we need to authenticate with a username and password. If you do not have one, put data at random, and automatically be registered with them. The state will be set immediately on Connected. At this point, we can go to the next tab: File Search, and write the title of a song that we intend to download, the artist, or otherwise, then press the Search button on the keyboard. Once you get all the results, just hit on one of those to start the download. My problem (probably due to fastweb) is that the mp3 is not downloaded! A bug in the other hand, occurs in the window Downloads (the last tab) should be shown where all files downloaded. IntelliScreen is a new Unlock Screen Enhancer for both the iPhone and iTouch. We have added a new puzzle game Pieces, is kind of similar to “15″ where you should order the tiles in the right order. Kind of like the tiles square where we needed to place all the number from 1 too 15, here we need to reconstruct an image instead! In short, you can also change the images. On some blocks there are symbols, showing the angular position , which should be placed. Through the Setup menu accessible with a double tap on the screen, you can adjust the number of squares to order. iTaste is a new toy from Liu Heng (dev of Pieces). It ‘a lot of fun because it enables the creation of Avatar, a type of caricature, choosing the various components: Face, eyes, hair, nose, mouth, etc.. There is also a Random key, which creates randomly faces, and can be imported other packages of images, via the path: / Applications / iTaste.app / iTasteDefine /. iTaste can be found in the Toys category of the Installer, through our repository: http://repo.ispazio.net

I’m exited to make this pre-review of one of the greatest application that I have seen so far, which will be available in a couple of days ONLY in our iSpazio Repo. CalcPaper, First developed by a group of very goof Italians developers. This is essentially a calculator, but a very special calculator! By opening the application we must wait 10 seconds before the actual program starts(this happens only in non-registered. we can get the full version for only $ 2.95). The main screen, as I said, is that of a calculator in steroids, rather than a default, as it allows you to play with square roots, percentages and powers!

As you can see from the screenshot, we are not limited to a calculator with a classic display, single-line! This application has a sort of “book” on the left, note that all operations, put the numbers in the column, and you will see the old transactions executed simply by moving upwards, with a finger!

iPhone Video Recorder by Dream Catcher is now updated to version 1.2.0. In this new version of the app the interface has totally changed. They have made it look somewhat like the camera app. I haven’t noticed any new settings that have been added. You can still do everything that you could do in the previous version but there has been a new feature added that i am really really happy about which is the “Upload to Youtube” option. Once you film a video and it encodes you tap the video, tap share and you can upload it to Youtube if you have linked your google account with your Youtube account. Dream Catcher has did an awesome job on this app in my opinion but i don’t think he should charge people for it. When you download it you get a 30 second recording limit but if you pay the 19.95 you can get the 30 second limit removed. You can find iPhone Video Recorder in the Multimedia category of the Installer, adding http://www.iphone-recorder.com/install2 to your repository.

We finally got some time to test and try the Band applications form ModMyIfone that can record and play back audio, and let us add many effects. Is available through Installer thanks to  ModMyiFone. The first step is to install the application “Band”, and then all sounds, encased in a package called “Band Instrument Pack 1″ of about 11 MB! As soon as we start implementing a menu will appear, through which we will be able to Play an instrument, access the settings, or load and save traks (function currently still unavailable). Selecting “Play Instruments” we start with a rock kit, and we could start doing music. There are buttons on the bar at the top that allow us respectively Record, Play,  in the Settings, Change instrument having or going backwards, putting the Mute, etc..

The other instruments that can play are a Battery “Funky Drummer”, a low, “Grand Piano”, “12 Bar Blues,” and my favorite console Dance! E ‘can also add the audience, a real public screams and dilemma  about your music, and the scratch.
