We have just added a new Tweak in our Cydia repository: Emoji. It enables the Japanase Emoticons on your iPhone Keybaord. Instructions: Install the package, then go to Settings > General > Keyboard > International Keyboard > Japanase and enable Emoji Icons. Now Lauch your Notes application, Mail, or whatever you want, click on the “Globe” icon to switch the keyboards and enjoy your new Emoji Keyboard! It supports 2.2 Firmwares only

Cannot find this app at all. I keep refreshing Cydia, and it is not showing up to install - HELP
are you sure that you have the ispazio repository? check the url address in your cydia application: http://cydia.ispazio.net
if it is right, go in the search tab and type: emoji
Does the incoming texts/email have to have these emoji? Cause my friend just got a blank square when I texted her.
Thanks for the info, but I do indeed have the correct address in my sources section and I have many other ispazio apps on my iPhone

@roll, we can use it only for iphone-to-iphone sms, email etc. other devices cannot “read” these emoticons

She has 2.1 firmware. I’ll tell her to upgrade to 2.2(not jailbroken) and report back. Thanks.
Should I try uninstalling ispazio source and re-installing?

You said it works iPhone-iphone but I can’t recieve them from my friends iPhone. I’m with AT&T. Anyone else with at&t having problems?

This is cool icons. am using 2.2 but i try txting on my 2.1 iphone not reciving txt icon fron emoje. well soon everybodys using 2.2
Is there an issue where one user with tmobile runing 2.2 can’t send or receive these to att&t users on 2.2?

about amoji in text messaging, i was meaning: only iphone-to-iphone with 2.2 firmware and this tweak installed
Yeah we both are on 2.2 and have the tweak installed. Maybe it’s not working because we have different carriers? Any one else on AT&T having the same issue?

My wife and I are both on o2 in the UK, both on 2.2 and we are both able to send and receive the emoji’s made our texting each other even more fun AND all our none iPhone friends are not amused

Is it free to send these things in text messages? I don’t have the data plan but have unlimited text messages so I’m not all that sure.
I have an iPhone 3G w/2.2 Jailbroken (AT&T - U.S.)
It appears that anyone with FW 2.2 installed can SEE the emoticons, but you need to have it jailbroken with the Emoji patch to be able to send.
iPhones with 2.1 or less CAN’T see the images.
hi my cydia is not working and whene ever i tap on it show blank for 2sec ond it vanicsh and i onese restarted my iphone.from that time its not working. im on 2.0.2

@KaHUN: Yes you can jailbreak 2.2
@Noah: of course it’s free in sms. You can use it only between 2 iphones 2.2 with this tweak installed.

a pitty it does not work with fw2.1
I just made a downgrade from 2.2 to 2.1 because 2.1 is more stable
@ phil: Nah man, fw 2.2 is better than fw 2.1.
Ex: i have to charge my fone after 2 days using with fw 2.1 but 3 days with fw 2.2

ican not instal ispazio on cydia,tryed both adresses
ispaziorepo.com/cydia/apt and cydia.ispazio.net/ also manualy or from repositories You can see them in sources but there is no content when you tap on it the next page is blanc so I cant find the emoji.When I try to install there is an error message. Please help
emoji works just fine, but is there an update to emoticons (YM)? thx

I have 2.2 and I’ve downloaded this and the ispazio. When I go to the settings to turn it on In japenese it’s not there. Just the two that’s always there. Help pls

I’ve extracted these files for customization and can see the new png on the bottom, but when I tap it, it puts the old icon in the text field. Any ideas
