The site is working on restyling and one of the sections getting a make over is Download Firmware + iTunes.  There are now so many firmwares available for the iPhone, iPhone 3G, and the iPod Touch.  Specially now that we have just added a new member to the family with the iPod Touch 2G.  We are out with the old and in with the new.  Once the site is all caught up and the downloads section is done you will only have to click on an image of either of the 4 devices to view a directory of available firmware.  Plain and simple.

As you know geohot made a post last week about yiphone and he also created a site at yiphone with a counter that made people think that he will released a jailbreak for the iPhone / iTouch 2.0 firmware. Today he released an explanation on yiphone he also released a program to run stuff in DFU level. Enjoy!

I have never done the jailbreaks for any previous versions of the phone, what makes you think this one would be different?
