ShowTime is another application that apple forgot to include on the official iPhone applications . This application will allow user to finally be able to shoot videos from your iphone. This application is in early developmental stages. Showtime also has some limitations, you can only record 5 seconds, but you can BUY a license and have unlimited recording. Another limitation is that Showtime cannot record audio, and if you want to download and play your videos on your pc or mac you have to SSH into your iphone and navigate to /var/root/Media/PBFVideo/ (/var/mobile/Media/PBFVideo on 1.1.3+ firmware)

Showtime Features include:

• Record 6 frames per second
• Record at 320 x 427 resolution
• Saves File in Raw uncompressed format playable by using QuickTime player on either Mac or PC

You can install Showtime by going to Multimedia section in Installer.
